No tengo, I don’t have.

– ¿Qué piensas cuando estás en el Tatami? What do you think when you are at Tatami? 

En el tatami de competición pienso en el trabajo que tengo que hacer, el la táctica del combate. También me digo alguna frase que me motive. On the competition tatami I think about the work I have to do, the tactics of the fight. I also say to myself a phrase that motivates me. 

– ¿Qué significa el taekwondo/karate/judo para ti? What does taekwondo/karate/judo mean to you? 

Aunque suene a  tópico, es un estilo de vida. Me ha hecho ser quien soy. Me identifico con los valores que representa el judo, especialmente respeto y constancia. As cliché as it sounds, it’s a way of life. It has made me who I am. I identify with the values that judo represents, especially respect and perseverance. 

– ¿Cuentas con algún ritual o superstición antes de competir? Could you please share your ritual or superstition before competition? 

Aunque soy supersticiosa, no lo soy mucho en el tatami, ahi lo que cuenta es lo que has trabajado. Aun así, siempre me agacho y toco el tatami de competición antes de salir a cada combate. Although I am superstitious, I am not very superstitious on the tatami, there what counts is what you have worked for. Even so, I always bend down and touch the competition tatami before going out for each bout. 

– ¿Cual sería tu consejo para las nuevas generaciones de deportistas? What is your advice for new generation athletes? 

El consejo que siempre doy a los jovenes es que disfruten de este deporte, que se apoyen en su equipo y que cada uno a su nivel se supere día a día. The advice I always give to young people is to enjoy this sport, to support their team and that each one, at their own level, improves day by day.

– ¿Cuál es tu motto? What is your mottos?

«Don’t dream for it, train for it.»

– Desde qué edad practicas artes marciales? From what age you started the martial arts?

Empecé haciendo Judo en el colegio como actividad extraescolar con 4 añitos. Jugabamos principalmente, pero el judogui ya estaba presente:) I started doing Judo at school as an extracurricular activity when I was 4 years old. We played mainly, but the judogui was already present:)

– Eres parte del Team Daedo desde? Since when did you become a part of Team Daedo?

Formo parte de este equipazo desde hace dos años. I have been part of this great team for two years.

– ¿Cuál es tu Dobok/karategui/judgi favorito? What is your favorite Daedo product?

Mi judogui favorito es el Judogui IJF homologado, obviamente porque compito con ellos internacionalmente. Me gusta mucho también la camiseta técnica blanca. queda perfecta.

My favorite judogi is the approved IJF Judogi, obviously because I compete with them internationally. I also really like the white technical t-shirt. it looks perfect.
